During I year and III Year the cadets are well equipped/ trained. Resourceful mariners have been aligned to educate the cadets of CSSM.
CSSM arranges the Phase-2 training on-board ship for all the Cadets. The cadets become fully familiarized through the watch keeping at the engine room and also well equip themselves in the operation of all the machineries during the on-board training.
