The feedback from all the shipping companies about our Cadets has been very good as the companies could feel the merit of the cadets because of the on-board training imparted during Phase-2 . CSSM cadets are rated high in their knowledge and skills in comparison with the cadets coming out from other streams. Therefore, the significance and beacon of ATS remains in the structured 9 months training on-board in Phase-2.
